@only8v OVER 9000!!!!!!! Thats well good for an 8v. I want it :P Im currently running an 83gti (golf though - uk) with a corrado 2.0 16v 9a engine. Its lots of fun, doesnt rev as high as your though!

@FlyinFreek i dont think vw made 2.0s until like 91 or 2, so with that being said i think it has to be a 1.8 unless the owner bored out the motor or did a swap.

you're right, its not a V8, its a 2032cc 4-Cyl 8 VALVE (hence 8V, not V8) =)

you're right, its not a V8, its 8V as in a 4 cyl 8 valve motor....sheeesh!
