No idea. Never used the TU-3. Quite happy with the TU-2 for live use. Unlikely i will be another floor based tuner any time soon

i don't understand. What's so special about this? Why would anyone pay $80 for a tuner when you could get a cheap on that clips on the head? What's the point of paying this much for a pedal?

i have to same tuner but mine uses numbers insted of letters. Is there a to change it?

Hey, I have a TU 2, can you please tell me how to change the setting from showing 1 to 6 to showing the actual notes of the strings?

I just got mine used from guitar center. But no manual. Its tuning right but with the string numbers. I play in Drop A and B and need to know the notes. anyeone know how to change that setting? I';ve tried meddling with it.

@shabond901 its a lot more convenient using a tuner you can stomp on and off inside your rig when your playing live, saves having to unplug your guitar and re plug it into a tuner
