@Martial02 Some of us cling to it because of tradition. I don't think the Bible is God's word...and so other Christians accuse me of picking and choosing from the Bible. I admit. I do. I am more of a Buddhist/Irish Catholic. But regardless, why shouldn't I be allowed to choose the good parts and not follow everything? Am I a bad person? I assume that many non-christians will say so because I follow the Bible at all, and many Christians will say so because I don't follow it completely. Whatevs.

As one who grew up Roan Catholic...then became a Fundamentalist Christian, and now am just a Christian, when I watch this video, I feel like I'm at church, and Ron Paul has made me want to go to church again! Pastor Ron Paul---I kinda like that!

@Martial024 im not a christian. but just thinking out loud. just cuz something is the truth doesn't mean it will not divide peopl. usually it does. tell christians theyre being dumb and even though its the truth, see the reaction haha. i think the bible says jesus is the 'word'. there are strong metaphors between words and war. blade of the tongue. speaking sharply. even wu tang chops necks like lyrical swordsman. people shoot the messenger, i guess try not to blame the messenger for being shot?

doesnt matter if Ron may or may not be misintrepeting the Bible you fkn morons, as long as the message of peace and liberty is spread as the only solution for our country to prosper. some christians may be blind to the evil scriptures in the bible, but do they really need to know that? .. i tell you some of just choose one subject (that DOESNT matter) and trash Ron, rather looking at the larger messsage hes bringing.. Ron paul 2012!!

This speech is extremely moving to me. It goes beyond even the election. Like these are values we should try to live by. Like he said, the laws of the country reflect the values of the people.

Oh, and Christs words himself according to the actual Bible and not what I feel like he said because it sounds good to me.

How can Christians claim Jesus meant peace when his own words say otherwise? Stop bending his word assholes...

Ron Paul will have the World not hating America. Instead hopefully some of the World will have respect for America. Because America today does not respect is Foundation (the Constitution). But if Ron Paul become America's President, hopefully he can set a perfect good example as an American Leader.
