This is my method for roller setting with flexi rods. Flexi rods can be used to prepare the hair for straightening or create larger curls.

  • cute! how many rods did you use in total? and how long did this take to put the rods in?

  • @Charmaine2007 I used about 16 rods and I would say it took around 30 minutes to put them in.

  • @NadieNinguem thanks for replying,i this will be my next hairstyle!

  • @Charmaine2007 Hope you get great results =)

  • Read me a bedtime story ..

  • your hair has nice body and i like how you braided the roots. that is a good idea because the curl will be better instead of having a poof root and curl end. the roots are harder to get with the thick curl rods

  • "...that way I get more, for less money..."lol LIKE IT!! :)

  • LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!! :D Bt i have to wait to have natural hair again to do that!!! :C This is definitely going to be one of my styling method when i go back natural!!!

  • Damn, why did I have to flat iron my natural hair. I wish I could do that, but I have straight strands now that won't curl.

  • my goodness, braiding the roots is brilliant idea and the first time i have see that. good thinking (:

  • @NadieNinguem thanks!
