Golf Fitness Guys present part 3 of another key way you can loosen those hips to allow more mobility. With the foam roller, you can also help get rid of back pain by keeping those hips loose! But we all know that a majority of our power comes from our legs and hips...BUT only if they work properly, so do this regularly and you will see a difference in your distance and pain!
