This is a slideshow and video of my 4wheeler build. 1987 CBR600 + 1989 LT500R = cbrzilla. I used the motor and most of the chassis from the bike combined with the front suspension, front suspension subframe, rear swingarm and axle, rear shock and linkage and linkage mount point from the LT. The build so far has taken about 3 weeks. It is now in the debug and testing phase. Still planning on building a new exhaust and belly pan for it.

  • Nice Vid Buddy

  • @Makka196 Thanks man. This project hasn't moved much lately but I think today may be a good day to fire her up and churn some dirt. Cheers

  • how much did this cost? cause i need to build something for my farm to check cows and stuff but i have VERY little money :(

  • @nclark557 Thanks for the ?, I have about $800 in materials into the quad and about 84 hrs worth of fabrication time. so figure 3k if I only charge my self $25/hr for build hours and nothing for design hours. I was riding it in 4" of snow last week and it was surprisingly well behaved.

  • damn thats fast, n sick sounding

  • @darthnater22 Thanks for the comment dn22, I'll post up another vid after I finish the custom header and cans.
