I found an adaptor.
This is New Amazing Project for all 3dfx fans named "PCI-E x8 to PCI-X @66MHz 3Dfx PROJECT"
With this adaptor, all 3dfx voodoo cards are compatible with all news motherboards.
On this video the specifications are :
-Asus Maximus 4 extreme
-Intel sandy bridge 2600k at 3,4 ghz
-PCI-E x8 to PCI-X adaptor (with PCI-E extender cable 8x) + Change Agp2Pci adaptor + 3dfx Voodoo5 5500 agp

It's real, I use supermicro rsc-rr1ue-axl adaptor + change agp2pci.

If you love 3dfx you can use your old card with new motherboard + new drivers working with Windows 98/2000/XP/VISTA/SEVEN
