@YZB25 Well, in Florida there was a woman who happened to be a Republican in charge of overseeing the election process and the governor happened to be GW's brother. It just so happened that there were votes from the elderly and the black community that were rendered invalid. This woman, following Bush's appointment to the Presidency, "won" a place in Congress.

@EricP70783 They were at the least deceived, and allowed their reason to succumb to fear. That makes them just as guilty.

@makalumoviegeek how come he became president then?
I've heard conspiracy theories that they rigged the votes but i doubt that...
-
@YZB25 less than half the population of the us voted for this idiot, keep in mind the majority of us never wanted him in office

Every single man who voted for Bush is responsible for the Iraq invasion.
That's most of the U.S.
America is a nation of ignorance.

@Klloud1 "George Bush was one of the only presidents we had that told us what he was going to do, told us what he believed in, and DID it. luckilly for me i agree with his ideas."
= "Adolf Hitler was the only Führer we had that told us what he was going to do, told us what he believed in, and DID it. luckilly for me i agree with his ideas."
If Bush lied, so did Clinton, Reid, Pelosi, Albright, and Berger.

No, that's not true. The President was privy to far more in-depth intelligence than were the people you mentioned. Bush's job was to honestly communicate the relevant points in order to make his case for war. He failed on a number of grounds. We were led into a war of his choosing, not a war that benefits the United States of America.
