@garden2011city It means at least some of the time you will have to - many battles have been lost by soldiers deciding to do their own thing rather than obeying orders.
Personally I did not find him harsh.

Scene at 03:02 -does being in charge in the army always means shouting ,raising voice and arguing with subordinantes.I'm asking because I like to be nice for all people because I believe if youre nice for others ,others are nice for you .
