@MrJabber22 From my understanding Aikido is very effective. It does break bones and can cause serious harm. You really think they're going to start breaking their practitioners arms just to demonstrate its effectiveness? Doesn't seem like a very good idea for business.

Aikido works, it's just that it works on people who are the same size. Try that on someone larger and stronger who actually resists and your gonna need a couple of tries.

I those! I wonder when will I actually learn all of those advanced moves. I'm also a Aikidoka. Love to watch videos like this. It may seems like it doesn't hurt at all. But if the Nage don't show any feelings to the Uke, it can cause broken bones and bruises.
