Reverse Hypers, as popularized by Louie Simmons of Westside fame, are a great addition to your training regimen. I have a home made version, which isn't nearly as effective as the "real deal" with resistance, but this simple device allows me to train my lower back with another variation. I have some ankle weights on which do help with a little resistance. I'm going to play around with fabricating some type of pulley that will enable me to hook up some weighted resistance for this movement.
