The Pintech ConcertCast mesh drum triggers are an excellent addition or replacement drum trigger for your electronic drum kit. With mesh heads that are licensed and made by Roland, you are getting an exemplarary product with a price to match.

These are available in 8", 10", and 12" and in both single and dual-zone. They are also velocity sensitive and have adjustable trigger sensitivity, and are compatible with the ION Drum Rocker for all consoles.

  • Those aren't replacement triggers, they are replacement pads.

What this video should be is the Stock Head using the Stock Sensor, and then a Pintech Sensor in the drum to show how much more responsive it is.

  • @indemaTROY This is an example of the Pintech ConcertCast Drum Trigger on the factory ION kit. This Drum can be used on any kit, so it wasn't meants as a direct comparison versus the ION Drum Rocker drums. Pintech trigger piezos aren't meant to be installed in ION pads.

  • did the same thing with my splitter,,ha..same thing happened....

so ... I Just hooked mine up to my DTX2 and having a hard time getting it to register hits EVERY time.... Do you believe my Yamahas snare brain needs to be sensitivity tuned....

  • @jimmywacked I have only tested it with Alesis DM5, DM6, and the ION DR modules, so I cannot freely speak about the Yamahas. I would think the sensativity adjustment on the drum trigger itself could be tweaked high enough to feed a clean signal to the DTXplorer II.

  • @NEMusicSupply how did the triggers work with the DM5?

  • @CloseTheDoorNathan I assume you mean the DM5 Module? There haven't been an issues on the DM5/6/10 modules, they work perfect.
