i still cant find it

this dosn't help me at all i think we need to know where to go because it has not come up on my mini-map and i just run around helpless can you put up a small map showing us where to go please?

nothing would show up on mine, i had to just head west and sit on every god dam bench an i eventually got past this bit

but even so i did all view points after i did the first 3 and yet nothing

@kamescool111 it was hard for me too. Just go into the blurry area on your map in Damascus, after that go on the roofs and look for a eagle in the sky, and just get that view point.

how did you get your locations on the map when i dint?

i cant find the targets after i kill the 3 of the nine still i need more locations and info on them cuz i got all view points and citicens so idk what to do no more help me somone

in my game when I finish carnisero Eese kill or something I will ablate with the moalin but when I go to dasmasco imbestigar but not m going out to listen to conversations and stuff can you help me?

OK, for those who get stuck, first opening the map, then keep going to the left of it (the West). Keep going until u enter the Rich District, this is the new area so everything should be the same.

I think the reason u guys can't find it: at this point, their is a memory synchronize that does not allow u to go in the south part. So, it may make u think that apply to every surrounding area and keep u wandering in the poor district only
