Seems in your movie that the SF can handle deep snow and slippery roads pretty good. The thing ive heard is that if you get stuck in the mudd or snow the SF is realy stuck and you need to find a "new grip" to get out (like find a new track). The subaru doesnt have that problem..you just use accelerator and you are free.

@loch70 yes they can! i have been in knee deep snow and as high as thigh deep and have not had any issues as of yet getting through. As far as getting really stuck...i have been in only 2-situations where i was "stuck" and stuck good and just worked it and crawled out. the second time i got high centered bad but still managed to get out but managed to get the drive shaft pushed up against the floor and had a clunking sound! but fixed it pretty easy.

Great vid! I have a vacationhouse in northen Sweden in Ljungdalen. I have a Subaru outback 08 that can take the deep snow (sometimes almost kneedeep) and its a good car when it cones to offroading. Now i bought a SF 02 becouse we need 2 cars in the family.

@loch70 i really like my Santa Fe its very reliable. Thanks for watching, you should see this video. I really like the Outback also, my only complaint with Hyundai here in USA is there is no after market mods you can do so what you got is what you got. But i am happy all in all

its ALL FUN. I used to think driving in general was fun. 4WD OMG i wish i drove like this for a living! this was our last snowfall of the season and is now gone. Hoping for good now, thanks for stopping by

This video is so sick i got an 04 santa fe and i live on a circle so when it snows its so fun about to get a storm wedsday and my friend up the street has a chevy blazer so we drift around are block at night so fun
