  • @TheGreatOzzie I was just kidding nice landing!

  • @oddieboi

Wow great to hear that! I know very hard when there's a "great program" out you want to use and not being able to because no cash to get one or upgrade.

Google "Dino Cattaneo" (India India Alpha Foxtrot Echo is his website) and download the latest version of his T-45 (freeware). Great plane to have and just a lot of fun to practice carrier landings with it.

    Cheers!

  • @TheGreatOzzie Yea, my rig now how has an AMD Athlon II x635 processor, 8GB RAM, EVGA GTX460, and an OCz Stealth Xtreme 2 600w PSU. Now im running games like Just Cause 2, Mafia 2, FSX: Acceleration with the VRS Superbug on all max settings.

  • @SuperRaptor22

Thanks SuperRaptor! Much appreciated! It was "hard" having my son moving the "camera" and me trying to get a decent landing. Been working on these much since then. The FSX T-45 Goshawk by Dino Cattaneo (version 2) is absolutely superb to practice with.

  • @oddieboi

Sorry to hear that oddieboi. Here's to hoping you can find something w/4GB ram and a bit faster cpu (sandy bridge). You will enjoy.

  • @wuppie367

In FSX... it's pretty much a crash or land thingy (above 750fps = crash). It is possible to bust up a main gear, but it is very obvious as the airplane will be "tilting" then.

  • @iceman6538

Maybe in "TopGun II" Maverick was flying the F/A-18 E or F Super Hornet. :-P

  • mavrick never flew a f-18

  • lol you are damaging your fucking gear. XD

  • Dude, guess what. I have been trying for 2 and a half yrs now to play the expansion. I finally get a Pc that has a processor that will play it. Its got 2GB of RAM and a 2.88 GHz processor, and guess what. The graphics card that we bought for it needs a 5 volt PCI slot to run. I have a PCI slot, but it only gives 3.3 volts..... Im heart broken man. The Graphics card in my PC doesnt have the shader stuff, so i cant play fsx
