You can't. If you try to, it deletes the save file of ChaosBlack. You can, however, trade it to FireRed and LeafGreen and migrate it from there, but then the Pokemon will be the normal Kanto Pokemon...

It is a what they call "hack ROM" u can get it on ebay I wonder if u can migrate the fake pokemon? that would be Awesome!
