@Rocitboi12 She does not actually say "Chi's going home". As is common in Japanese she drops the subject out of the sentence. I'm not 100% sure of exactly what she says as I'm not that good with informal Japanese, but I'm pretty sure that the "Chi" you hear her say is the "chi" in "uchi", which means "home". Actioally i think it sounds like she leaves the verb out to, which should give a rough translation to "to home", only the destination and a particle marking that it is a destination.

@sinituuke There's really no telling whether the anime is still running, but with 104 episodes on the second season alone and the title of the last episode being somewhat final-sounding, I'd suspect the season has reached its end. A new season just might be on its way, seeing that they left a wealth of material from the manga unused.

@lokalllize You could always try Mangafox or some similar site. However, there may be some license issues or just simple lack of interest in the way of scanlating, making the manga unavailable online. I don't know myself, since I stick to paperbacks.
