I just received the 2011 MSR Hubba Hubba that I purchased online from HumbleOutdoors for about $225. This tent has a multiyear track record of happy owners, so I just pulled the trigger while prices were at year end close out prices. It's now set up in the yard... looking good!

@jelloman619 No water got in. This wasn't a good test of the floor since I pitched it on my deck where the water just went down between the boards. I learned from a hole in a previous tent to always use a ground fly, and I will say that the floor of this tent seems very fragile (it's actually slightly transparent). I cut mine from a home depot blue tarp for $5. Some say it's best to use the fly on the inside of a floor during a storm. I haven't tried that as it has always worked fine under
