i dont think ICBC and WSBC are the same.. ICBC is working for profit for its private board members.. WSBC gets a surplus so it has reserves to payout when the economy is bad, but that surplus doesnt go into a rich guy's pocket.. can someone show me proof of contradictory info?

WCB has a 300 million dollar surplus...yet my husband gets robbed on his wageloss and my children go hungery. WHY !

Medical Legal FRAUD - Workers Compensation - ICBC. How I am supposed to get medical help when I can't get my injury diagnosed?

Workers compensation works hand in hand with the Medical Doctors to deny injured workers medical help.

My injury 2004 hasn't been properly diagnosed and if i don't pay for the MRI's to get properly diagnosed I will never have the extent of my injury diagnosed so no treatment will be forhcoming;

Workers Comp will spend $100.000 for physiotherapy yet no MRI: FUCKD

the following quote is inaccurate. "They will never allow a win on that. That is what makes cars drive on the roads. If they were to pay off those claims nobody would be able to afford the insurance rates" They can easily pay off claims, the population would be healthier and so would the economy.
