I looked at this same vid on gamespot; somebody said "Game delvelopers talk too much". Myself, I think us gamers are a highly opinionated bunch that is never satisfied, and never shuts up.
As a up-n'-coming graphic artist to those who are ignorant, I find this video very informative and very useful.
