All ancient history now, just looking back onthis, I still can't get over Sinems boobs in that dress...man alive. Pendulous.

Actually he tried to have about 6 different songs approved and AI didn't get the approvals in time and so he ran out of time. He sang his heart out. He gave it his all that night and it showed. David Archuleta is anything but gutless.

No if he wanted to do what he wanted he would have he would have done a faster pace song like he did in the top 3. He played it safe!

That is not being gutless ... DA stuck to his guns and did what he wanted to do and didn't fold under the pressure ... he performed with all his heart and soul and gave it everything he got ... and the audience felt it ... that is the very opposite from gutless. If people don't like the ballads, that's just preference ... but gutless he is not ... he did a man's job the whole season and did it well. :)

He didn't take a risk so it was gutless. He played it safe. I love Archie but he didn't do anything different. He sang 3 ballads and didn't take one risk all night.

Calling David Archuleta gutless for singing a beautiful inspiring song is very shallow and disrespectful. He worked just as hard if not harder and gave everything of himself that night as an artist and performer. Many of his fans were hoping he'd sing Imagine again because it was very early in the season when he first sang it and it was not on the big stage either. There were many who didn't get to see it earlier and we're glad he got the opportunity to sing it again and even better at that.
