  • You're a really great teacher! Got circular needles for Christmas and was completely confused until I found this! Thanks a bunch!

  • @disnemm nice! you can do a lot with circular needles :D

  • Thank you so much. You explained everything so clear. I was lost until I found your video. Do you have one on binding off circular needles? Thanks again. You rock!

  • @dgangani Thank you for watching! I'm glad this video was helpful to you; that's why I'm here :D I am actually planning on doing one for binding off regular and circular needles :) stay tuned! Hopefully I'll have it up in within a month >_<

  • Thanks ! You do a great job of explaining everything in a way that is easy to understand. Starting with the basics of why to use circular needles and what they are etc. Everyone doesn't start with the very basics. I really appreciate that. Keep making videos.

  • @tmsouth1 thank you so much for watching ^_^

  • Nice! I thought you were great at explaining it! I know this is just like the intro for knitting hats, cause I did look up other videos like you suggested to get an idea of how it works. Please do a continuation of how to knit so starts to take shape of a hat (cause i know it gets small and smaller as it goes toward the center) and how to finish, etc. I guess when you have spare time. I really appreciate how you're already taking time to post up these tutorials that I asked for. Thank you!

  • educational........that's the first time i've seen a circular needle.

  • Great Video! thank you so much for the tutorial, it really helped. I have stumbled across a problem though... while knitting, the yarn between the two needles lengthen each time a knit a new stitch to the point where the gap of yarn between my needles becomes so long it, it is hard to keep knitting. I know I'm doing something wrong, but cannot figure it out... Can you help? Thanks!

  • Great video! It is very informative.

  • thankyou thankyou thankyou!!!!!!!

  • @Blakpineapple I personally find it easier to work with straight needles when knitting straight scarves (not the circle/infinity scarves). I don't like using circular needles when I'm knitting a straight scarf because the "wire"/"cable" that connects the two needles always gets in my way. This is just my personal preference, though. If you don't want it too stiff, try using a larger needle size than the yarn calls for :) let me now if you have any other questions!

  • Cool video...question: Is it better to use straight or circular needles for scarves? I'm concerned about the flexibility in my scarf, I don't want it to be stiff or too flat rather, what should I do?
