True. Seems like a lot of Dr. Yadav's patients are pretty poor in a country where it can be really hot, and water for bathing isn't so easy to come by, and they probably are concentrating more on day to day survival than their daily toilette.

I wish I had a belly button to clean. :-( They took mine out after a botched ileorectal anastomosis caused multi-system failure and on the verge of necrotizing fascitis, pulled the anastomosis, gave me a horribly sited ileostomy, and scooped out about 10 lbs of necrotic abdominal flesh that included my belly button. sigh

Clean themselves if I go one day without a shower I feel filthy. qtips dipped in alcohol then clean ears and then belly button and after a duece you're gross if you just use TP everyone should use baby wipes
