@AnnaMikhaylenko1 Markus smokes.... it's not the way things really go, it is unhealthy, most bodybuilders don't live longer then 60 years... they eat so much cholesterol, that the gym doens't make it any better, it's about the food you eat, not how often you go to the gym

I LOVE reading uneducated views on bodybuilding, it really makes me laugh how wrong some of you are. Its not your fault, youve not been educated on the subject, but as a bodybuilder of over 8 years I'LL educate you! First n foremost, taking steroids IS NOT an instant 250lb body, you have to train hard and eat right! As for the smoking, you'll find ALOT of bodybuilders smoke. (excluding me) Its a hunger suppressant. When you take on 3000cals a day your ALWAYS feeling hungry so they really help.

IN OPOSITE BODYBUILDERS IN GENERAL ARE MORE HEALTHY PEOPLE THEN THOSE WHO DON"T GO TO GYM AND ALLOW THEMSELVES HAMBURGERS AND ALKOHOL AND ALSO SMOKE SIGARETS AND SIT ALL DAY LONG AT THE COMPUTERS
