  • @lmercierdurso Good point on squats, I guess its a trade off between bounce/reflex and tightness.

    As for why sumo... asians (me included) pull better sumo because generally we have short legs and long torso's - conventional is mechanically bad for us.... sumo means my back is less bent over and emphasis on hips/glutes more - generally a stronger point for asians.

    Also we suck at bench!

    here's some advice if you want ...

    SQuat : way to fast on bringing the weight down...how can you keep form like this ? you cant...

    Bench : serious lack of strength here even with the bench shirt ... more tricep and lats power are need ASAP !

    Deadlift : why sumo ? and why are you not holding you breath in your belly from the start to finish ? this go for squat too ... need more speed at the bottom too,also need to work on the lock out !
