Stalin did not die of natural causes. he was poisoned by Beria, because he and the other Politbureau members sensed that Stalin was getting ready to do another round of pruges, and that they would be his next victims. They struck first. After they in turn killed Beria, they made sure no other KGB chief would never again wield such power indepenantly.

The term "Marxist Holocaust" is the best possible word to use when describing Russian communiasm (and other Communisms as well) to the dumbed down victims of the politically correct schools. Spontaneous bladder rupture is very rare. Bladder rupture usually occurs when an individual sustains trauma and has a full bladder. I cannot say what occurred to the people you describe but can only assume that other problems must have led to their demise. Spontaneous and uncontrolled voiding (incontinence) would occur in these people prior to any chance of a spontaneous rupture
