  • I used/abused this great Belgian gun (know it as FALO) for 1,5 year,

when i was serving in the Greek marines (20 years ago),

with 30 rounds magazines and better sights for the designated marksman/sniper/sharpshooter (not sure what's the English term for the Greek "free shooter") role.

Very reliable (not once jammed), accurate (at least for 750 meters), and multipurpose as battle, sniper, and light machine (original design purpose) rifle.

Quite old now (like me), but still lethal (not like me).

  • @THEEConnorLange In Greece we follow the NATO big boys (USA !), BUT WITH A BIG DELAY AND INCONSISTENCY !

My knowledge about the rest Europeans is very limited (only met some from few other countries in NATO exercises) - i only know a few things more about the British royal marines (great soldiers !) because i trained with them for a very sort period (they used the SA80 but previously used the FN).

In the USA (i trained with your marines - great soldiers !) you are more wise.

  • @SIRzabarakatranemia ah. ya, i dont udnersatnd why european change their weapons so often. over here, we used the M14, M16, 1911, M9, and MP5 since the guns came out. the last time we tried to switch was vietnam and haven't changed our weapons since.

  • @THEEConnorLange My friend, i have very little experience with guns. In the Greek marines i used the FN's STANDARD, PARA, and mostly FALO variants, and occasionally the G3 and M14 - because of the 5,56 caliber arguments, our M16's used only for NATO compatibility. Now, while FN's are available to them, Greek marines use M16's as their main rifle, but consider returning to 7,62, or even go to 6,8 !? (while the rest of the Greek army, still in 7,62, considers going to 5,56 !!!).

  • @SuperRip7 LAR has no relation whatsoever with Bren and it is certainly not unique or forgotten, look at your arguments again, friend.

  • @SIRzabarakatranemia what other guns did you fire?

  • This is a weird wood, steel, and a plastic gun. A almost Bren. A wannabe WWII machine gun. It was surely unique as it is forgotten.

  • i feel aroused.
