@jfs4d he's not "playing" out of tune . . . but the guitar is definitely out of tune. One string more than the others.

Mindy is awesome and this is one of my favorite songs of hers. That being said, this was a somewhat weak version. Her voice seemed a little raspy. Go to her record and hear the original recorded versions, one with band and one acoustic.

i dont think its so much of a tuning issue as it is a poor choice of rhythm strumming and not hitting the right strings

The lead guitar is not the least bit out-of-tune. I don't know what you're talking about, and neither do you.
