I wish it kinda went back to epic/anthem trance. I do like the minimal house in Sensation 2009, but I would love some trance mixed in too.

Sensation doesn't only play Techno. It started with Trance, and these days its Minimal/House.
Trance, Minimal, Techno or House... doesn't really matter. It all started with Dance, and Dance started with Billy Jean and MJ. If it wasn't for MJ there would be no Sensation like it is now.
F*cking great night that was in the Amsterdam ArenA BTW ;).
