On Wednesday 14 July 2010, some of Sydney's best hip hop musicians and visual artists took over the Oxford Art Factory as part of 3things' Hip Hop Approach.
3things believe that it's time for a fresh approach to talking about poverty and social injustice. And The Hip Hop Approach was exactly that -- a new spin on tackling the stuff that matters.
At the event the 3things team asked performers and audience members what was the influence of hip hop on the Australian community. Here are some of the responses, supported by the awesome Sketch the Rhyme with the entirely improvised 'Chuck's story'.
