@Wolfwinterember I will surely continue to progress and grow as I can! Maybe one day I might have the honor of learning from you, whenever I can afford your books or traveling to Vermont or so. Thank you very much for your time replying to us :D I too, one day, will be a great teacher, or so I aim to be.

@snaponjohn100 Thanks! :-)

@CiaranRooney125 Thanks. Yes she is a great side-kick. I don't take her all the time though because her happy go lucky fun and games can disturb the local critters. But she loves the water!

@blackwolf979 not sure what you are asking here, or stating. Are you speaking of the jack-in-the-pulpit?

Hey sir, I have a funny question. You see, a few months ago upon getting to know your work and such, I was deeply inspired to go into the wilderness and explore and become closer to nature. I thought being amidst the nature and coexisting with it would be great spiritual progress, and that I'd find great places to meditate.
But you see, I tend to hesitate sitting down haha. Because, I never know if I'll accidentally sit in some kind of nest or near some troublesome insect. Any advice? Haha.

@KixxSasuke To truly open the self to the wilderness is a process that begins deep within the mind. Many people are so removed from the true wilderness energy in life that they have no idea how to actually connect with it and become a beneficial part of it. This is why I teach so many different aspects within my school- Ways Of The Wild Institute. I assist people within all levels of this process. I would suggest for you to start with Awareness :-)

@Wolfwinterember Thank you very much White Wolf for your reply :) I am that guy who said he wished to be as strong as you one day, on Facebook, if you remember. (Ricardo Camacho) With awareness, are you referring to being aware of how the Universe works? Energy, life, spirit, mind, etc? I follow the work of Stewart and Janet Swerdlow with whom you had an interview once. I practice chakra spinning, try comunicating with nature and animals, etc. Is meditation the best path for awareness? :)

@KixxSasuke Awareness is a very indepth process that I actually teach in a 3 full day course. I teach Awareness in 9 levels and 7 layers, both internal and external. It is far too much for explaining in this little box. Meditation is but a small fragment to true and complete awareness. But I am happy to hear that you are doing some quality work :-)

ok sorry the root from the berry plant can you crush it up dry it out then wish it the aborigines hear in australia the root here can be dry crush then put in to water to get the toxins out the dry again can you do that with that berry plant hope this helps

@blackwolf979 Ahh, OK, got it now :-) In the past the root was once used as an alternative to Black Cohosh. The berry is the most toxic part of the plant. However, unless you know what you are doing and exact preperation and dosage % of the root I would not suggest it.
