@bballhomerun66 What a loser
-
Cool you could be getting a blowjob while your doing that and get REALLY relaxed
-
@bballhomerun66 Completely inaccurate.

@christanmusiczordude Not at all! Check out my channel if you wanna see how to do it consistently. Triggers help of course, but it's still good without if you work on it.
-
No one plays in a metal band at these speeds with out triggers.
This was just a fun test.
you try to lay back on the couch, grab a pillow,and play at this speed it looks easier than it is

Ive read all the posts, and I still dont understand how this is singles when the beaters are going twice as fast as the feet movement. Also thats exactly how heel toe strokes sound because I used to play heel toe myself.
Cool Video though :)
anyone else agree with me here?

@MikeD1231 Ultimate relaxation lol
so he's playing doubles with every foot stroke? kinda like "heel toe"- ish..? that's brilliant! makes more sense, the foot and toes, kinda like the palm and finders to double the speed per stroke..

@TimWaterson how is this done if it's not doubles (RRLLRRLLRRLL)? heel down/up? I mean, when I play singles (RLRLRLRL) my claf muscle starts to burn, when i play relaxed, I tend to play doubles (RRLLRRLLRRLL)

@Bugattievl
after a certain speed i control the rebound with my ankles
If your claf burns slow down and realx more if your calf warms it means the muscles are working.
WARM = good BURN = bad
