BERLUSCONI AGGREDITO,DENTI E NASO ROTTO IN UN VOLTO INSANGUINANTE

*The Italian Premier was attacked by a crazed individual during a speech in Milan. While he was shaking hands with the friendly crowd, someone managed to get close enough to hit Silvio Berlusconi with a small statue of the Duomo, the city's Cathedral.
Doctors report he did not suffer a concussion even though he bled profusely from his lips and lost two teeth because of the attack. The Premier will be held under observation at St. Raphael Hospital for 24 hours.
Police arrested Massimo Tartaglia, 42, a local with mental problems. Other Italian politicians condemned fiercely the act of violence, with one exception, Antonio Di Pietro, which claimed Berlusconi's politics may call for violence.

El agresor, un hombre de 42 años llamado Massimo Tartaglia y sin antecedentes penales, ha lanzado un objeto metálico contra Berlusconi cuando éste saludaba a sus seguidores y estaba a punto de entrar en el coche oficial para abandonar la plaza.

*Silvio Berlusconi a reçu un coup de poing au visage, dimanche 13 décembre, à l'issue d'un meeting à Milan. Son agresseur présumé a été arrêté et transféré à la préfecture de police. Il était soigné pour problèmes mentaux depuis dix ans, a annoncé l'agence italienne Ansa.
