Ruto is a thug! People should not forget that this is the same guy who together with Moi were refusing Kenyans a new constitution in the 90's. They can never change. they are trying to maintain the status wuo because of the evil things that they have done to Kenyans. Moi tortured Kenyans who were agitating for change and crippled many. Matiba and Rubia are testimonies to this. Peopel like Ruto and Jirongo were cheering him on as they enriched themselves under YK92.
