@pedrohill22 Totally agree with all of that and currently working with 3 post natal clients. Will shoot some new videos on this as doing more varied workouts with clients now. All the best

@Transform1234 You know how hard it is to work out after baby? I'm in the army, I worked out till 27 weeks when I was put on bed rest, had the baby at 36 weeks, and was back to working out after 6 weeks. I went from being able to do situps with no problem to not being able to do 10 in a row, couldn't do a pushup for my life, and running up to 10 miles a day to feeling like I was going to fall over when I did a really short "sprint." Sometimes you have to build up your muscles to do perfect form

@bloodseed Yet you have zero videos up at all?? I agree technique is vital but I do not mind posting up the video as i know it does not look 100% perfect and she does too (as you can hear me correcting it) and after a few sessions the form is bang on.
The video is for the general public to get an idea on basic exercises NOT for some other trainer to disect it.
The clients I work with are my reputation not youtube posters even though i respect your views

@Transform1234 Im a personal trainer myself, and i wouldn't ruin my reputation by posting videos on youtube of any of my clients with poor form. I establish it as the most important factor of any routine i give a client and wouldn't let them undertake any exercise without being able to perform it properly. If your videos display anyone not using proper form or technique, then its only damaging to yourself.

@bloodseed Typical you post up a comment and have zero videos of your own. She is new to it and not a bloody fitness model!! I have almost 150 videos of varied workouts and there is going to be evidence of incorrect form at times in some when you are working with various clients and trying to correct as you go along. No one is going to be 100% perfect when doing any movements for the first time.
More evidence of people commenting when they have zero experince with any clients

her form an technique on all excersises is very poor. She uses jerky movements, its all too fast. As you corrected her on the lunges, her body wasnt up straight, her movements werent fluid. With the rows, you could see her back bowing as she lifted the dumbell, and the reverse crunch leg raises were diabolicle.
Good basic exercises. Who cares about some of those other comments about not putting up a client who has "perfect" form. You are correcting her as she goes....
plus she is just recovering from having a BABY! I think she looks pretty good already. She must have been working out prior to this. Thanks for posting.

@nmffnurse cheers and that was the exact point. Most trainers only post up perfect form where as i think its good to see a true life person being corrected and what faults to look for. All the best
