City Hall is on board! Now email the LCBC at lclb.lclb@gov.bc.ca and tell them their "public safety issues" are a load of codswallop. Note: The Rio isn't currently even asking to sell alcohol DURING movie screenings, they have a liquor licence for live events only, which somehow threatens public safety during movies even though the alcohol isn't sold then....
