A mep stands for multiy editor project . what it basically is is a video made of lots of other ppls video using a basic band as the theme .
in this mep the bands are cobra starship and mindless sefl indulgence.

well i didnt make the whole video so i am not sure what programs the other ppl used. alot of ppl use sony vegas 7 or sony vegas 8 , i used pinnacle ultimat studio 12
