  • Amazing! I have had bad posture for years! It all started when I was a young girl and began developing at an early age. I began rolling my shoulders fwd to hide my growing body. And, well...after years on doing that...it just stuck! I'm almost 30 years old, and have been searching and seeking help. With hardly any help, I decided to ask my friend who is a chiropractor in NY. He referred me to this video! All I can say is "THANK YOU!" I can already tell that these excersises will work!
