A great example of the completely undemocratic nature of the European Union and its poltical class. Total contempt for the people and democracy

  • In other words ''you better vote what we know is good for you''.

  • It looks like Lisbon has been passed here in Ireland. After canvassing for the NO vote, it really depresses me to make me think people still were unsure of what they were voting on, its disgusting. Goodbye Soverign Ireland, goodbye Europe, Hello EU.

  • Juan Fernando López Aguilar is the real apparatchik. He is able to speak half an hour without say anything. His switch only has two positions a) spreading well-intended bullshit or b) spreading hate mode. Sometimes the interviewers even laugh because he doesn´t answer the questions, he only says words meaningless. He has face but he´s got no brains at all. It´s funny beacuse at least in English he is unable to give his 'razzle dazzle' for ignorants. What a disgraceful puppet.

  • That spanish politic is socialist. He is corrupt, another puppet. Nigel Farage is the only politician I respect in Europe.

  • Ah. No means yes. great politics. How can anyone support the EU?

  • And I refer to the brainwashed people as 'fucking weird', not Europeans in general. x

  • im spanish and you are right . fuck and dead all politics they works for the big corporations no from the people fuck ue fuck iran fuck china fuck eeuu . alls fuck hard i whish and sorry for my poor english

  • @Snagprophet you're right, I live in Spain and he is either a complete retard, or very ignorant, or brainwashed.

  • I fully agree with you on that. It won't help him however, because when the treaty indeed is ratified before elections come along, he will be forced to take a clear stand. And I fear that he'll say that there won't be any referendum then. That will cost him a massive amount of votes to UKIP, which is the only positive thing Lisbon brings us after all. However, despite that it's not very likely to happen; I keep hoping for Klaus to pull of some kind of miracle ;)

  • Sky News hasn't invited them to the debate, I wrote Sky news and asked them why UKIP wasn't invited. They never replied..

  • I know what you're saying mate, but I saw him on the Andrew Marr show this past Sunday...Marr asked him point blank, if there were no more discussions regarding the radification by the Czech Rep and Poland, will you still hold a referendum...that was a yes or no question...Cameron said everything but Yes or No. Personally I think he knows this radification business will be sorted by the time any election comes along...and he's using this referendum promise as a way to capture votes.
