How to unlock EVERY Mario kart wii Character.

Please note, that I know I have got the wrong way to unlock Rosalina , so here is the right way:
1. Have a saved file of mario galaxy
2. Get a 1 star rank on every race on 150cc mirror.

Rosalina does not give +3 Off-Road.

She gives +3 Mini-Turbo.

@tupacthug4life If you have a Super Mario Galaxy save file, you only need to do roughly 50 races.

@vellatwi Star rank is a rank exceding A, and you get star rank in grand prixs by doing exceptionally well.

Perform lots of tricks, and avoid using bullet bills; get around 50-60 points as well. You should be able to get star rank rather easily if you accomplish that.

@GreenBambooToadLover Rosalina is indeed a large character because she is significantly taller than Mario, roughly as tall as Waluigi, if not slightly taller.

Rosalina gives a set bonus of: +3 speed +3 handling +3 off-road

Her signature kart is the honeycoupe, and her signature bike is the shooting star, which also happens to be the lightest large bike in the game, having a weight stat of 50/80.
