I stopped smoking over two years ago....I didn't quit, I have chosen not to smoke at this time. It's a mind game but it works for me.

Try the "electric cigarette", not healthy like they try to make it out to be but much better for you than tar, chemicals, and smoke etc it looks and feels very much like a real cigerette but its water vapour not smoke tar and chemicals etc and you can put nicotine in it to start off with while trying to ween off them. Its cheaper than usaual cigerettes too. Goodluck : )

Don't feel bad...I had my gastric bypass surgery july 21 this year and have picked back up the habit already...given i dont smoke as much as i did before, i still smoke....i know it is not good for me especially now but i just can't seem to quit right now.....i am glad i am not alone in this wicked battle.....
