i used the broken off tip of my box knife, but it still does the job

mines works fine u just had to let it run out of batter and fully charge it after january

Its kinda cool mine never froze! I had left it in my car for about a month so on January 1st i went to go get it and it worked fine! even after plugging it into the computer! And yes i have a VERY original 30 gig Zune! Its the brown one from when they first came out!

it happened because it was a leap year and the Zunes were like WTHeck! did i miss the new year or am on time?? and so they didn't know what to do and froze up.
(it gets a bit to complicated for me about what was happening inside the Zune that froze it up but the leap year triggered it)
