Thanks 950...The Tesla Tower was not intentional, just conveniently stored in my pictures. LOL! You're suggestions in the last para. seem like a good idea...How do you 'know' that it's the Chinese Co. making/selling...because they seem to make/sell everything else that's bad for us???

They are sprating for many reasons, as there are many diff private corporations conducting testing all will govt funding, possibly filtered thru backdoors of legit private fronts (that sound's rude).

Get evidence of a money trail, investigate the Chinese Co making-selling the chemicals, track the aircraft, out the pilots.

He's talking specifically about this silly 'zeta reticulae' ufo cult that thinks they're in contact with star people, that's the reference to the 'Zetan's fill the sky". But the song is a revelation of the method piece that says, project blue beam may be used to fool you into thinking extraterrestrials have come to save us but it's really our own leaders fooling us with satellites projecting it in the sky. As for the term 'exopolitics' I can't think of more apt term.

Anyway, the dark cloud coming down on the right has 2 lightening strikes just over the trees - those form his mouth - the top one gives shape to his nose.

The cloud just over the trees near the middle is his ice breath.

His hair is one of those old time wigs with 3 rolls of hair, front to back.
