Glenn Beck:Texas Officials Begin Jailing Illegal Aliens

Entering the United States illegally is a federal crime punishable by 6 months in jail.

I have a simple solution for farmers, Mexicans and our federal government. Let every illegal alien through the border, put them in jail for six months. For that six months they can pick crops (FOR FREE) for the farmers. The farmers want slaves, the Mexicans want to work, and our federal government could profit from the slave labor that it provides to plantation owners. PROBLEM SOLVED.

Border Patrol and local Texas police are actually enforcing these laws, and the result has been a drop in drug trafficking and illegal immigration.

Glenn Beck asks the question, "why aren't the border patrol other states enforcing the law?"
