This is a quick look at what an average apartment in Junction A or B looks like. Some variations exist in all apartments but this will give you a general idea. Also, this room has not been set up how it would be if you were to move in, basically, it's not ready to be lived in quite yet!
I do not represent UMD in any way.

Oh, and if you want to party but don't want to risk getting caught drinking on campus, a lot of students live very close to campus, so you shouldn't have trouble finding parties. And most people will be absolutely more than willing to walk you home and make sure you make it back to your dorm or apartment with no problems!

Unfortunately, UMD's a dry campus. =( They actually just strengthened their alcohol policy for this coming school year. Not to say that people never drink on campus, but just be REALLY careful if you do decide to!
If you're looking for a single room, Stadium Apartments is pretty much your only option. They have two small single bedrooms and one large double room in each apartment, so if you get in, try to move in as early as possible to make sure you get a single room!
Hope this helps!

...wow, that brings back some memories. I lived in Junction 180B my freshman year in college ('98)... sad to see they haven't upgraded the furniture :)
