nobody is saying he is better than this day's pacquiao... of course that's way out of line, the commentator is just saying that Arce's hook to the liver brought down a man who ko'ed pacman in the past... which is a FACT!!!! Pacquiao has improved tons, he is not the fighter he was in 1998, of course not, but El Travieso has a great hook to the liver, he has a lion's heart and he deserves all my respect. Period.

@torvickz04 He sure did, and its funny how people (flomos mainly) are still stuck up on that shit like it happened yesterday. Martinez was KO'ed 10 years ago. Does that make him any lesser of the fighter that he is today?
And lol at Pactards saying Singsurat's ko of Pac was a fluke, or that Manny took a dive. That was a legit body shot Pacquiao could not handle
