I think he makes a very good point in saying that a big man, read giant, 6'8"+ should be trained by another giant. Giants are more limited physically than smaller guys, and Nash knows this from learning the hard way. Someone who is 7ft and 300 pounds can easily rip his knees apart, and can more easily be injured when he takes a bump, because he is bigger. They should not more around as fast as a smaller wrestler. They also still need to be good at telling a story with their body.
