  • also, how would a CF bonnet hold up on a Day to day basis with the Engine Heat plus Sunlight and all?

  • @Dasithkg Commercial carbon fibre is cured in an oven, and although the resin is flammable, the cloth itself won't burn. It's a material which has proved itselfg in the most extreme environments - on planes, boats, Formula 1 , drag cars, rallies, etc .Sunlight and engine heat have proved no obstacle to it.

  • @WJP004 cheers for that.... btw, i came here from the Magna forums.... Great Job on that buildup too :-)

  • thanxx for the Great Vid, could you also make a vid on how to do a 3 dimensional item like a Spoiler? where it needs to have a nice round sides all around, unlike the fuel pump cover...

for Eg: the underside of the fuel pump doesnt matter as it wont be seen, but on a spoiler, all the dimensions will be seen

    hope i make sense :-)
