min required to get an ok cardio is 20 mins but I do an hour of cardio (Jump rope)

hard fast cardio 20 minutes
slow cardio 30 minutes

I'm have a similar body build to the woman in the video but was wondering if anyone could suggest how much time I should be dedicating to cardio before I start doing my ad workout? Many Thanks!

You may need to adjust your diet and ab routine if you do leg lifts "ALL THE TIME" as you say. The body is very self learning and you have probably hit your plateau mark.

thanks, I have a 4pack the 6 are showing but not enough and I do sit ups and leg lifts all the time and cannot get them. I'm gonna try this thx again

Those leg raises I do but i do them to 90 degree (straight legs). Its perfect for bottom abdominal development. Anyways nice vid =)
