The Democrat's Mega Spending Package

On the House floor to expose the dangers of the Democrat's so called "stimulus" package. The best way to stimulate the economy and create jobs is to cut wasteful spending, reduce the tax burden on small businesses and families, and keep money in the private sector. This bill just doesn't get it done!

As a registered independent I am AMAZED at the hypocrisy of the republicans who are getting SO upset at this stimulus bill. Suddenly they've found religion?

From 2000 to 2006 they controlled congress and yet said NOT ONE WORD about the record breaking deficits that the Bush administration rammed through, including nearly a trillion dollars on the war.

I'm not defending the democrats, believe me, because they're just as hopeless. But, man, the fake umbrage of the republicans is embarrassing!
